Attached to a sense of home, Raptor Tract holds onto an existing exterior form but is enhanced through materiality and spacial connectivity to nature.
Although exposed to unique views, this modern cottage remains hidden from town. This characteristic allows for greater design transparency between the outdoors and indoors. A sensible window layout provides natural light into nearly all areas of this open plan, resulting in a fascinating display of quality finishes. Unique details, such as the meditation room that transforms into a tea room by raising the table out of the floor (see before and after slider), add character and personality to the design, fitting with the client’s vision.
From clean marble countertops to highly textured floors, Raptor Tract truly celebrates wellness through a sense of touch.
