In an age where the majority of the World’s Population is moving into the middle class, people across the globe identify today’s degenerative and wasteful building practices as a desired benchmark for success. The systems and building standards of today continually degrade natural resources and the quality of life on earth over their life span. The time is now to sustain the current state of the environment, which is to say do no harm, at a minimum.
