The Clear Vista Wellness Community is a live-work development that responds to a new way of living and working in a post-pandemic world. The project spans nine acres and includes 248 apartment units and a community wellness center. The vision for the project was to create a community of neighbors who shares values in pursuing a wellness lifestyle and optimizing their potential through design. Vera Iconica Architecture worked alongside the owner to incorporate design strategies that would ensure optimal wellbeing across all dimensions of wellness, supportive of both people and planet. VIA is responsible for wellness architecture, experience design, and master planning.
